Wedding Details

So your wedding day is nearly here woohoo! To help me on the day I'll need some important information.
This is all vital information that ensures your day, and your photography, will run smoothly and in sync with everything else that is going on.

  • The basics

  • This is the address I will send any mail to and your wedding DVD once completed unless otherwise discussed.
  • Just one email address is fine. The one that people check most often is ideal!

  • Details of the day

  • If you have booked a Full day package this includes 'getting ready' shots. This can be of both the Bride & Groom (distance and time dependent) so let me know below.
    Half-day packages normally do not include these but if we have discussed otherwise please fill out accordingly.
  • Please include room number if it's a hotel.

  • humanist/religious/registrar/other (if religious please state which)
  • this is good to know if it's raining or if we need to go somewhere else for photos.
  • are there readings or music by any friends & family during the ceremony? is there anything unusual I should know about...please let me know. No matter how small the detail, it all helps!
  • ceilidh, band, Dj's...or maybe something totally different!

  • Please note... this is not a cheeky question it's purely for practical reasons :-) It is not in my contract, so please don't feel you have to feed me. This is just to let me know if I should bring a packed lunch or not. simple. :-)

  • Who's who

  • please state who's 'mum' and who's 'dad'

  • please give relationship to you (i.e. Jessica - Sister)

  • Family & group shots

    You can either tick the boxes in the 'Sugested group shot list' or add your own.

    I suggest to keep these to a minimum and advise a maximum of 10 groups which can take me around 20mins. Should you require more please allow for extra time.

    Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding timings etc. to allow for these.
  • These are the 'most asked for' shots I get at weddings. Feel free to tick these boxes or to fill out your own list below.
  • Please add one group per line. One group might be - Bride & Groom with Bride's parents, John & Jane. Please give first names and relationships.

  • Your other suppliers

    this is good for me to know to make connections with your suppliers and to feature them on my blog.
  • Perhaps a friend made your cake? You designed all the decor/table plan/name cards yourself? You would like lot of Black & White images? Anything! Pop it down here.
  • Are you music lovers? Do you share a favourite film/album/place? Perhaps there's something you like to do together (cycling, hill-walking...sleeping!). This little bit of info will inspire me for your day. Trust me ;-)
