Meet me.
I'm a little bit more than just a photographer based in Glasgow...
That said, I love nothing more than taking photos.
My experience is worth sharing.
I’ve been lucky enough over my 20-year career to photograph some amazing, creative and stylish weddings all over the world. My passion has taken me as far away as Brazil, America, Spain and Sweden to photograph weddings, and I feel extremely lucky to continue to travel all over the world to capture couples celebrating their day in whichever way they choose. From a small family wedding in a Swedish seaside town in the middle of winter to the super glam location of a sun-drenched private beach wedding in Ibiza… to the empty streets of London City on a Saturday afternoon, to the busy streets of Edinburgh in the middle of the Edinburgh festival… I’ve experienced so much, and it’s this experience I bring to every wedding I shoot.
Photography is my creative outlet and something I do every day. My photography style reflects my interests in editorial, fashion and film photography, all of which were nurtured when I studied my Photography degree in Manchester in the late 90’s. I haven’t put the camera down since.
My Photography degree gives me a more creative (sometimes alternative) approach to how I see things. I am relaxed but professional and see creative opportunities everywhere. I love that two weddings are never the same, as I believe there really is no set formula. I like to capture feelings and moments rather than documenting what is expected in wedding photography. I really want you to not only relive your day when you look at my images but also feel like you are witnessing all those little moments shared by those around you.
My images tell stories.
For me, wedding photography is about shooting a wedding from the inside out, becoming part of your day, getting to know you both and your guests, and gaining trust and friends along the way. It goes without saying that I take great pride in what I do, and I want to take stylish, authentic and creative wedding photos that you will treasure and enjoy looking at for years to come.
